Acterna was a small town located in the southern end of the Aur'Mar Mountains. It was the location of the best hospital in Laetifico and home to the best medical practitioners in Darvasi, Morgan and Annastasia Crowe.
In 2180AL, Acterna was attacked by Sollicitus sparking the Lithacian War and killing Morgan and Annastasia Crowe. The town was destroyed along with nearly all of its residents.
